Install the new CA Certificate using the Meshimer certificate utility.

1.  Click here to download the utility.

2.  Locate the utility file in your Downloads folder (CertUtil.exe).

3.  Double click on the file, press Yes on prompt.

4.  Click on Install, if any browser is open you will be asked to close, please make sure to save your work.

5.  Click OK, the new certificate should now be installed, close the utility.

To verify if the certificate was properly installed click here.

If any error occurred during the installation, or if your antivirus software prevents from running the certificate utility tool, click here for a complete guide how to install the certificate manually.

Download and install the new certificate manually.

1.  Click here to download the new certificate.

2.  Locate the downloaded certificate file (MeshimerCA.cer) in your Downloads folder, right click and select Install Certificate.

3.  Click on Open.

4.  Select Local Machine click on Next, if it prompts Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device click on Yes, (If admin rights are not granted select Current User).

5.  Select Place all certificates in the following store.

6.  Browse and select Trusted Root Certification Authorities, click OK.

7.  Click on Next.

8.  Click on Finish.

The new certificate is now installed, to verify if the certificate was properly installed click here.

Restart the browser, then you can continue browsing with the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. If you are using the Mozilla Firefox browser, follow the  instructions below.

Install the new certificate on the Firefox browser.

1.  Copy/Paste about:preferences#privacy into to the search field and press Enter.

2.  Scroll down to the Security section.

3.  Click on View Certificates.

4.  Click on Import.

5.  Browse to your Downloads folder and select the downloaded certificate, click on open.

6.  Mark a check on Trust this CA to identify websites and Trust this CA to identify email users, click on OK.

7.  Click on OK.

The new certificate is now installed in Firefox.

Restart the Firefox browser, then you can continue to use the Firefox browser.

Check if the new certificate was properly installed on your computer.

1.  Press on the Windows key ⊞ (located on the bottom of your screen) and search for certmgr.msc.

2.  Click to open certmgr.msc, go to Trusted Root Certification Authorities\Certificates.

3.  Look for Meshimer CA (list is sorted in alphabetical order).

If Meshimer CA is present then no further action is needed, if you are still experiencing browsing issues please restart the browser and try again.

If Meshimer CA is not present please follow the instructions here to get the certificate installed.
